Had a collision repair preformed on a 1yr old truck. Both driver side doors were replaced with oem replacements. When I was told the truck was completed I found multiple defects (torn molding, chipped paint, rear door didn’t line up) left it for an additional week for them to rework those issues. The 2nd time to pick it up both doors didn’t fit correctly, front door doesn’t shut correctly and body lines do not line up. The service advisor told me I was being to picky and that this was as good as it can be. Didn’t offer to do anything to make it right and told me that is just how it is. UPDATE After posting the review, the manager reached out to me and offered to look at my issues and fix them. I scheduled an appointment and dropped it off. They were able to finish adjusting the doors so they lined up and shut correctly. I updated the review from 1 to 3 stars.

Hands down the best body shop I’ve ever worked with. From the first phone call through the damage assessment/estimate to the finished product, they did an AMAZING job. Jody, Victoria and Chase were a pleasure to work with. I will be back for ANY repairs needed in the future.
